Baylee Estates is a relatively new community of single family homes that first began development way back in early 2020. Baylee Estates has a Galivants Ferry mailing address, but is really situated halfway between Galivants Ferry and Aynor. Baylee Estates is only about 5 minutes up the road from downtown Aynor - just off of Highway 501. This community is in a relatively quiet rural location but yet is conveniently located for travel to other areas. Highway 22 is a major route to all of the Grand Strand attractions and is only less than 10 minutes from Baylee Estates. In addition, Route 95 is only about 30 minutes away, simplifying travel further north or south!

Baylee Estates new home community in Aynor

Baylee Estates has 61 single family home sites. Creekside Homes, a Myrtle Beach area based company, was the builder in Baylee Estates. Development was completed in 2023. Homes in Baylee Estates range in size from approximately 1,300 square feet to over 2,300 square feet. Homes are affordable, starting in price in the upper $200's. This community is directly off of Floyd Page Road and is completely contained within a single loop - Baylee Circle. Baylee Estates is across Floyd Page Road from the Pageland Heights community.

NOTE: In January 2024, United Homes Group, Inc. (UHG), announced that it acquired the homebuilding business and assets of Creekside Custom Homes, LLC, a home builder and land developer in the Coastal region of South Carolina. Creekside builds homes primarily in the rapidly growing Myrtle Beach market with a product set that aligns with the existing Great Southern Homes brand in the marketplace.
